Job Description:
Job description includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Overseeing and providing training for a variety of team members, including concierges, receptionists and night auditors
- Managing appearance and experience at front desk to ensure that customers receive friendly, professional service at all times
- Assessing and dealing with emergencies
- Scheduling staff
- Working closely and effectively with other departments throughout the hotel
Requirements:
Additional requirements desired:
- Experience managing a multi-level tourist facility
- Experience in providing service in the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage yourself and others without additional supervision
- Ability to function effectively under stress
