Job description:
Interns for this real estate company will be expected to assist with all aspects of business involving client procurement of housing in Beijing. This includes:
- Acting as a guide for potential relocations through locating and purchasing property under the most ideal terms and pricing
- Assessing each client’s needs and budget restraints
- Mediating negotiations as necessary and serving as a client advocate to ensure fair deals related to market conditions, legal requirements, pricing and more
- Accurately estimating property value through comparative market analysis
- Marketing available properties to potential clients
- Preparing and maintaining any necessary paperwork
- Managing property auctions or exchanges
- Maintaining an updated list of all available properties
- Working directly and successfully with various entities including home inspectors, appraisers, lenders and escrow companies
- Establishing active and cooperative network relationships with attorneys, lenders and contractors
- Promoting current available properties through various marketing efforts
- Retaining up-to-date knowledge around real estate practices and markets
