Job Description:
Individuals applying for position should be prepared to execute the following responsibilities and tasks as requested:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer telephones and assist customers with necessary information and booking
- Receive and store packages or mail for customers
- Answer and rectify customer complaints or issues as they arise
- Provide information on surrounding city area and hotel amenities and services
- Provide tourist information as requested
- Accurately and efficiently balance and handle cash and currency
Requirements:
Additional requirements are as follows:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally, in person and over the phone
- Working knowledge of culture and surrounding area
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal
- Schedule flexibility
