AsiaOppo.com is registered under ALIG International. By paying the deposit or program fee you agree with the terms and conditions by ALIG International.

DEPOSIT

A candidate needs to pay a deposit of $230 in order to confirm his/her commitment to the program.  Deposit is only refundable if we cannot find a suitable placement for the candidate or in case of visa denial. Candidates cannot choose a specific city, company, salary etc. However, we guarantee at least one offer for the candidate who pays the deposit.

GETTING VISA

We will provide the candidate with necessary documents in order to apply for the visa, but we cannot guarantee getting the visa itself. Candidates have to apply for an F visa, for cultural exchange activities.

VISA POLICIES AND EXTENSIONS

We are not responsible for any changes in visa policies or visa extensions. ALIG International can act as a visa agency helping and advising the candidates for their visa extension, but the candidate needs to cover all the costs themselves including agent fee, travel costs ect.

PLACEMENT

We are not responsible if the host company wishes to terminate the candidate’s placement as a result of his/her behaviour, frequent absentee from work, candidate’s inadequate or other work related issues. Also, we are not responsible for the candidates’ workload, nor the intensity of work. Candidates should directly discuss with their supervisor.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

In case of injury or illness, the candidate is responsible to cover any costs. ALIG International is not responsible for candidate’s physical and psychological conditions. We suggest candidates to get an insurance before arrival.
