Job Description:
This internship includes completion of the tasks below on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, or as requested by management.
- Maintaining calendars for client calls and meetings
- Communication with regular and potential vendors
- Use of technology and software for wide-spread distribution efforts
- Adherence to client requests as well as vendor requirements
- Preparation and clean up of meeting and even sites as requested
Requirements:
Applicants for this position should also meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience or educational background in event management or planning (not necessary)
- Experience with office software and technology (preferred)
- Mastery of communication, both written and verbally, whether in person or via telephone
- Flexibility in schedule
