- Maintain a positive first impression for all guests and visitors
- Provide guest services as requested
- Remain visible and accessible in front lobby
- Expect and be willing to work flexible hours
- Control and monitor availability of guest rooms throughout the facility
- Complete day-to-day functions, including guest arrival and departure, providing information as requested, handling baggage and assisting large groups
